We are looking for a Solution Architect to work in this project in Spain (Remote).
Key Responsibilities:
- 5+ years of experience in a similar position;
- Being the bridge between business goals and tech solutions;
- Understand business needs via stakeholder engagement;
- Gather and analyze info to align solutions with organization goals;
- Analyze current systems/processes, and recommend improvements;
- Create tech docs and arch diagrams as blueprints;
- Evaluate and select tools, frameworks based on scalability, compatibility and cost;
- Liaise with business and IT to keep stakeholders aligned;
- Oversee implementation/integration to ensure delivery as planned;
- Strong knowledge in tech, such as ERP, CRM, cloud, dev, and integration;
- Skilled in analysis and problem-solving and designing effective solutions;
- Clear comms to explain complex tech to diverse teams;
- Deep knowledge of arch principles and frameworks;
- Experience with DevOps for CI/CD and agile delivery;
- Strong business acumen to align solutions with strategy, and demonstrate value;
- Ensures solutions support transformation and drive outcomes;
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
