Job vacancy: Administrator-Configurator in the entertainment space of virtual reality
Responsibilities:
- Assist in project launch and troubleshooting during operations, upgrading, and automating processes
- Install, configure, and maintain virtual reality equipment, including VR headsets, controllers, sensors, and computer equipment
- Train visitors in the use of VR equipment and software
- Diagnose and solve technical problems with equipment and software
- Keep maintenance logs and report on work done
- Work in a CRM system and Google Sheets
- Manage social networks such as Instagram and Facebook
- Assist guests in rest areas placement
Requirements:
- Desirable experience with virtual reality equipment
- Knowledge of computer hardware and network technologies
- Fluency in Portuguese and English (Russian will be advantage)
- Desirable experience in PC maintenance and setup
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with clients
- Willingness to learn and solve problems quickly
Conditions:
- Flexible working hours (evenings and weekends)
