- Provide technical guidance and expertise to the project team;
- Coordinate tasks, distribute work efficiently, and foster a productive team environment;
- Consult our customers in all aspects of enterprise Azure usage;
- Ensure that critical technical decisions are taken in a timely manner throughout the delivery process;
- Communicate with each stakeholder (customer team and internal team) and gather all the relevant requirements for an A-grade delivery;
- Be the face of the Cloud Adoption technical team towards the customer and deliver on the expectations;
- Advocate for quality standards and best practices to improve the delivery quality;
- Provide insights into the feasibility and complexity of various technical tasks and contribute to more accurate planning;
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies to drive innovation within the technical team.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in leading and managing multi-functional teams of engineers.
- Strong technical background in one of the many facets of Azure;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to summarise complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders;
- Great attention to detail, nothing goes by you;
- Passionate about delivering high-quality and very detailed work;
- Ability to prioritize tasks and summarize project progress;
- Comfortable with taking ownership of projects and driving them to completion;
- Humble and willing to learn from others in a collaborative team environment.
