We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist for a project in Lisbon (Hybrid).
What are we looking for?
-Proven 2 +years experience in talent acquisition, preferably in an outsourcing environment;
-Strong sourcing skills, including experience with Boolean search, ATS systems, and social recruiting tools;
-Proficiency in reporting tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, or recruitment dashboards; experience with tools like Power BI or Tableau are a plus;
-Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights;
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with candidates and stakeholders;
-Familiarity with recruitment metrics and performance tracking;
-Knowledge of recruitment best practices, compliance, and employment laws;
-Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
