We are looking for a Production Support (Transversal Production) to work in this project in Lisbon.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in a similar position;
- Knowledge of IT infrastructure and Relational Databases;
- Experience with different Operating Systems, such as Linux (UNIX, RedHat) and Windows;
- Knowledge of Powershell, Active Directory, and Event Logs;
- Experience with Application Performance Monitor, such as Dynatrace;
- Knowledge of ITIL, especially with Incident, Change and Request Management;
- Experience with DevOps tools, such as Ansible, and Jenkins;
- Knowledge in RPA, preferable with Blue Prism;
- Fluent in English and french is a significant plus.
Responsibilities:
-Technical support of all the environments hosting applications, both locally developed and third parties internally hosted;
- Ensuring the specialist support to the IT development and Application Support team;
- Manage applications migrations/re-hosting;
- Coordinate the change management for all the applications in scope;
- Collaborate to the changes on the infrastructure hosting the applications in scope;
- Contribute to global/local strategic projects.
