In this project you will be able to contact with one of the key players in banking in the EU and around the world. Thus, you will be part of a multicultural team that is spread across more than 50 countries and you will help develop solutions in one of these three areas: investments, business solutions or commercial/personal services.
We are looking for a PMO (Budget Manager) to work in this project in Lisbon.
Requirements:
- 2+ years experience in budget management;
- Knowledge in Accounting and Finance;
- Knowledge of reporting;
- Expertise with MS Office (Excel and Power Point);
- Fluent in English and French is a significant plus.
Responsibilities:
-Headcounts budget supervision at worldwide level;
- Hardwares and softwares budget monitoring, sign-off preparation, and monthly reports;
- Financial analysis and budget trajectory management;
- Monthly closing (accruals /pre-payment, actuals costs control, KPIs analysis ...);
- Dashboards and trend indicators monitoring;
- External supplier contact;
- Close collaboration with cluster managers.
