We are looking for a Junior SAP SuccessFactors to work in this project in Lisbon or Porto.
Key Responsibilities:
- 1+ years of experience as a SAP SuccessFactors Consultant, with the modules: EC Time, RBP, Onboarding, and People Analytics;
- Support the design of the business requirements for EC Time and EC;
- During the Build phase, support the execution of all necessary configuration activities;
- Execute the required project testing (Non-Regression Tests, Regression Tests, System Integration Tests, and User Acceptance Tests);
- Prepare cut-over activities and deploy the changes to Production;
- Manage documentation (Global Solution Design Documents, Configuration Manual, Workbooks, End User Training materials, and all types of Testing Documentation);
- Conduct Knowledge Transfer and End User Training sessions;
- Fluent in English.
