We are looking for an IT Contract Management Officer to work in this project in Lisbon.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in IT;
- 3+ years of experience in Quality Management;
- ITIL Certification;
- Fluent in English.
Main Activities:
- Log any new contract’s need reported by project managers or Domain/Division Heads;
- Understand what are the key elements as input of the contract drafting;
- Ensure the follow up and coordination of the renewal of SLA/OLA with other entities;
- Helps the IT Contract management, and draft contracts /SLA;
- Update the contracts related ( Internal or external) referential;
- Contribute to the continuous improvement process, in particular by seeking the adequate articulation with Procurement and Software management tasks;
- Contribute to draft material for awareness purpose.
