In this project you will be able to contact with one of the key players in banking in the EU and around the world. Thus, you will be part of a multicultural team that is spread across more than 50 countries and you will help develop solutions in one of these three areas: investments, business solutions or commercial/personal services.
We are looking for an IT Business Analyst to work in this project in Lisbon (Hybrid).
Requirements:
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Management Systems or equivalent professional experience;
- 5+ years of experience as a business analyst working in a context of agile software development;
- Experience in translating business requirements into user stories, use cases and technical requirements;
- Experience with Agile Scrum methodologies;
- Working knowledge of software development life cycle, including planning, development, requirements management, CM, quality assurance, and release management;
- Experience in estimating techniques;
- Experience analyzing data and data relationships across an organization’s business areas.
- Fluent in English.
Responsibilities:
-Collect, analyze, and prioritize business requirements, anticipating problems and evaluating impacts;
- Conduct workshops with relevant stakeholders, sponsors and/or teams to define the solution;
- Analyze business requirements with a critical mindset and challenge them when needed;
- Identify and specify the solution with squad and tribe architects;
- Effectively breakdown business needs into requirements contained within a product backlog which can then be implemented in a series of short and iterative development cycles;
- Clearly communicate those business needs to the development team by writing user stories and acceptance criteria;
- Test user stories during development phase and contribute to increase test automation coverage;
- Participate in the organization of user acceptance tests with the end users;
- Write and update documentation with content adapted to target audience (Development, Product and Support teams) and deliver training sessions.
