In this project you will be able to contact with one of the key players in banking in the EU and around the world. Thus, you will be part of a multicultural team that is spread across more than 50 countries and you will help develop solutions in one of these three areas: investments, business solutions or commercial/personal services.
We are looking for an IT Business Analyst to work in this project in Lisbon.
Requirements:
- Previous experience working with Excel and VBA;
- Working experience with SQL and functional/manual tests;
- Knowledge of Service Now, Jira, ALM Octane, Citrix and Linux;
- Knowledge of Agile methodology and ITIL;
- Fluent in english and french.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure the proper functioning, maintainability, and scalability of applications;
- Provide technical and functional support to users;
- Monitoring and handling incidents in compliance with the application SLA;
- Contribute to the relationship with the platform’s operators (incidents, requests);
- Coordinate and ensure the processing of maintenance requests and their successful completion;
- Communicate progress status and the next maintenance period to users;
- Contribute to platform testing;
- Contribute to the update of the operational-specific deliverables;
- Define non regression test cases and ensure execution of tests.
