We are looking for a Functional Designer (International Project) to work in this project in Braga, Coimbra or Lisbon (Hybrid).
Role Summary:
Lead integrations design workshops to gather requirements from clients or internal stakeholders, write functional design documents, obtain client sign-off, support developers by clarifying requirements, perform unit testing and provide support to testing team by reviewing test scripts.
Skills & experience required:
-Experienced in leading design workshops;
-SuccessFactors EC functional background;
-Experience in designing CPI integrations (payroll integrations preferred but not required);
-Excellent communication skills (English);
-Client stakeholder management;
-Organised, ability to summarise key action items from workshops;
-Collaborative, team player.
