We are looking for a Engagement Manager (Maternity Leave) for a project in Lisbon until December 2025, however it can be extended.
Requirements:
-6+ years of experience in consultative technical project management and delivery;
-Customer Orientation and Interpersonal Skills;
-Build off past successful experiences to provide the best service to clients;
-Strategic mindset with strong understanding of customer orientation principles;
-Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, or a related field;
-Proven experience in engagement management, project management, or a similar client-facing role;
-Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve project objectives and deliver exceptional client experiences;
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships and effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders;
-Solid understanding of project management methodologies, processes, and tools;
-Demonstrated ability to manage multiple client engagements concurrently and prioritize competing demands;
-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex project challenges and make data-driven decisions;
-Proven track record in successfully delivering client engagements on time, within budget, and to the client's satisfaction;
-Familiarity with industry-specific regulations, compliance requirements, and quality standards;
-Proficiency in project management software and collaboration tools;
-Strong financial acumen, with the ability to monitor project profitability and manage project budgets effectively;
-Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities and deadlines;
-Excellent negotiation and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to manage client expectations and handle challenging situations;
-Professional certifications in project management (e.g., PMP) are advantageous.
